Having my tooth extracted was like a day at the spa - no kidding! The staff made me feel so comfortable and explained every single detail before, during and after the procedure. Dr. R and her staff are experts at what they do. Absolutely zero pain! My personal choice of background music, lavender aroma therapy, warm blankets and a goodie bag really helped turn what would usually be a dreaded experience into a pleasurable one. I really appreciate the amazing team at this practice. Everyone was a joy to work with, from the kind and very helpful receptionists to the care team. The front desk even provided insurance claim forms and stamped envelopes to make that process as easy as possible. Scheduling was also very accommodating. I was referred for a complicated wisdom tooth extraction. Dr. Rao and Hannah made sure I was completely comfortable at all times during the visit, and they showed so much care and compassion through their work. I highly recommend this practice for those in need of oral surgery!
